Hi! We are Nettie & Dave
aka ‘The climbing backpackers.’
Like many people, we always dreamed of going on a big adventure… but it never seemed like it could become a reality.
An injury on New Years day 2023 set everything in motion- Dave snapped his Achilles tendon and had to sell his tree surgery business...
We took this opportunity to sell most of our things, pack up our jobs and go on a year long adventure, climbing our way across South East Asia on just £10 each per day!
We got so used to living on a tiny budget that we decided not to stop... we are still going strong, climbing everywhere we can, making the most of the opportunities that our growing instagram account throws our way.
In short- we are just 2, very low maintenance climbers from the UK who don''t want this dream to end!
